(Qaaf) 50 : 45

We know best whatever they are saying, and you are not a compeller upon them; then you remind them with this Reading, the one who fears the Promises.

Qur’an means for repeated reading. As explained in verses 15: 90-91, all Books revealed from the Lord are the Qur’an—Book for repeated reading. No one can remind others with the Arabic Qur’an, but with Adhikr only, one can remind others. Not Arabic Qur’an, but Adhikr—the Best Interpretation of the Lord’s Book mentioned in verse 25: 33—is for repeated reading as explained in verses 36: 69-70. The Fajir and Kafir who are reading the Arabic Qur’an are denoted as Fujjar as explained in verses 3: 7-10. Their Ledger is in Sijjeen of Hell as told in verse 83: 7.

The Impartial Lord has taught the soul of every mankind Adhikr from Paradise itself so that no one can blame others on the Day of Judgment for their astray. While the Three-Time Knower knows well about His servants, the responsibility of the Messenger and believers is only to convey the Three-Time Knowledge Adhikr to the entire mankind, and the responsibility of reckoning mankind is to Allah, as explained in verse 13: 40. As explained in verse 2: 256, no one has the right or authority to compel anyone for becoming believers. See explanation 2: 26-27; 39: 19; and 43: 44-45.
